I was recently reading an article on how some people manage to write a blog post every day. It got me thinking about my own journey and how I’ve gone from anxiety to writing a blog post every day — and you can too!

It wasn’t always this way for me, though. I used to be really anxious and didn’t think I was capable of doing anything like this. But I decided to take the plunge and just go for it. And you know what? It worked.

The biggest thing that helped me was just starting off small. I didn’t try to write a long, drawn-out post right from the get-go. Instead, I opted for a series of mini-posts that were easier to write and allowed me to take my time with each one.

The first one took me a while to write but because I did it in 10-minute chunks throughout the day, it wasn’t too much of an issue. This is what works for me and you might find other ways that work better for you.

Another thing I’ve done a lot is to take a day off. This has become easier as I’ve grown in confidence and now understand that it’s OK to take some time out every now and then. It doesn’t mean you’re lazy or that you’ve given up — it means you’re human!

So what’s the secret to writing a blog post every day? It’s not about finding the perfect time to write, or having an unending supply of topics to talk about. It’s simply about starting off small and then building on that each and every day. And if you ever find yourself struggling, just take a day off — you’ll be surprised at how quickly you’ll be back on track.

I’m not saying this will work for everyone but the best advice I can give is to just try it! The worst that can happen is that you’ll have a few fewer blog posts under your belt — not the end of the world, right?

I hope this has been interesting and if there’s anything you’d like to say then please leave a comment below.
